    Payments

    1. How and when can I pay for my rental?

Here are the four payment options you might encounter:

    1. Prepayment at Booking:
To secure your reservation, you’ll need to make a small prepayment on our website using any credit or debit card. This locks in your dates and ensures the car is reserved just for you!
    2. Main Rental Payment:
The main rental fee is paid when you pick up the car. Keep in mind that payment methods may vary depending on the partner (e.g., some may accept only credit, not debit, cards or cash). You’ll find all the details about payment options on the booking page for your chosen car.
    3. Deposit:
In some cases, a deposit is required when you pick up the car. Don’t worry—this will be refunded when you return the car. The deposit amount and payment methods will be clearly outlined during the booking process.
    4. Additional Charges After Your Trip:
If there are any extra costs during your rental (like toll fees or speeding tickets), you’ll receive an invoice when you return the car. You can settle this directly with our partner’s team on-site.

    2. How deposits work?

When you rent a car in Dubai, you're sometimes required to pay a deposit, which is also known as a "security deposit" or "cash guarantee". This deposit is a refundable amount that's held by the rental company as a form of security against any damages or penalties that might occur during the rental period.

    3. What is deposit-free?

You have the option to rent a car without a security deposit, although a non-refundable fee will be required at the time of booking.

    4. I would like to pay with Russian cards

Russian cards might have restrictions or technical issues with payment gateway. Please try alternative payment methods.

    5. Can I pay with cash if the payment method says card only?

We totally understand that cash can feel more convenient sometimes, but if the payment method for your rental is listed as credit-card-only, our partner won’t be able to accept cash. To avoid any surprises, we recommend double-checking the accepted payment methods for your rental before pickup.

    6. What is the final price for the booking?

We know you want transparency - that's why we show your complete final price (with all selected options) right at Step 2 of booking.

    Riding in UAE

    1. Will the car be fully fueled?

The fuel policy for your rental is clearly displayed on Step 1 of the booking process.

    2. What are saliks?

In the United Arab Emirates, the electronic toll road system is known as Salik (Dubai) or Darb (Abu Dhabi). When you pass through a toll gate, a small fee (usually 4-5.25 AED per gate, including tax) is automatically deducted. The good news is that these fees can be paid at the end of the rental period when returning the vehicle, making it a convenient and hassle-free experience for drivers.

    3. I’d like to add a child seat

No problem! Just let us or your rental partner know about your request in the chat, and we’ll take care of it for you. Keep in mind that additional services like child seats usually come with a small extra fee, but we’ll make sure everything is clear and upfront before you confirm.
