    Yes, if you have Emirates residence you can only rent a car using your Local UAE driver license.

    In the United Arab Emirates, the electronic toll road system is known as Salik. This system uses a network of toll gates to automatically deduct a fee (usually 5.25 AED including tax per gate. from drivers when they pass through. The good news is that these fees can be paid at the end of the rental period when returning the vehicle, making it a convenient and hassle-free experience for drivers.

    You can inquire about the car insurance directly from our partner rental company once we confirm your booking.

  6. 6. How deposits work?

    When you rent a car in Dubai, you're usually required to pay a deposit, which is also known as a "security deposit" or "cash guarantee". This deposit is a refundable amount that's held by the rental company as a form of security against any damages or penalties that might occur during the rental period.

  7. 7. Where are you located in UAE?

    As an online service, we do not have a physical office in UAE. However, we're committed to providing you with excellent support and assistance.

  8. 8. What is the minimum age and the driving experience to be eligible to rent a car?

    In general, the minimum age for renting a vehicle can range from 18 to 21 years old, depending on the car you select. Most rental companies require a minimum of 1-5 years of driving experience and some of them do not require any experience.

  9. 9. How much is the delivery?

    Upon confirming your booking, you will find an option for delivery, pick-up, and drop-off services. Usually the price might range from 50 AED to 200 AED within Dubai. For other Emirates, you can directly coordinate with our operator or partner rental company after completing your booking.

  10. 10. Discounts and Promocodes

    The website displays all discounts, however, there is no available information regarding other promotional codes or when the prices will revert to their non-discounted levels.
