The vehicle is insured under the rental company’s insurance policy. The Lessee is responsible for any deductible amount or damages not covered by insurance. The Lessee must submit all necessary Police / Court case papers to claim any damage charges from the insurance Company. Otherwise, the Lessee will be responsible to pay the charges and other expenses to repair the damages. The car is fully insured with an insurance company under the comprehensive coverage program. 
In the event of an accident or minor damages, the client is provided with a liability limit. If the client's fault is not found, the liability limit is 0 AED, and no payment will be withheld. If the client's fault is determined, the limit of material liability is 5000 AED. In the event of an total accident, 25% of the total damage amount to the car will be withheld from the customer
